Level Meter

Home/Solutions/Level Meter

Accurate level measurement is critical for safe plant operation, inventory control, and process stability. At Ecos Link Solutions, we provide industrial-grade level instruments designed for harsh environments, including chemical plants, wastewater treatment facilities, palm oil mills, and power stations.

We offer Ultrasonic Level Transmitters and Guided Wave Radar (GWR) Level Transmitters for continuous level monitoring in tanks, sumps, vessels, and silos.

Typical Applications

Our level measurement instruments are commonly used in:

Wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) tanks

Effluent treatment plant (ETP) process monitoring

Neutralisation tanks & chemical dosing systems

Palm oil mill clarification and sludge tanks

Boiler feedwater tanks and condensate tanks

Chemical storage tanks (acid / caustic)

Process vessels in petrochemical and refinery plants

Storage silos and buffer tanks

Level Measurement

Ultrasonic Level Transmitters

Ultrasonic level transmitters measure level using non-contact sound wave technology. They are ideal for clean liquids, wastewater, and open channels where non-contact measurement is preferred.

Best for

  • Water and wastewater tanks
  • Neutral liquids
  • Sumps and reservoirs
  • Open channel measurement (flow monitoring)

Key Advantages

  • Non-contact measurement (no direct liquid contact)
  • Low maintenance
  • Easy installation and commissioning
  • Cost-effective for general applicatio

Available Technologies

  • Non-contact
  • Cost-effective
  • Suitable for water and wastewater
  • Easy installation
Level Measurement

Guided Wave Radar (GWR) Level Transmitters

Guided Wave Radar measures level using radar pulses guided along a probe. This method delivers high accuracy and reliability even in challenging conditions such as foam, vapour, turbulence, and high temperature/pressure applications.

Best for

  • Chemical tanks
  • High-temperature process vessels
  • Condensate tanks
  • Foam or vapour environments
  • Hydrocarbon and oil-based applications

Key Advantages

  • Reliable measurement even with foam or vapour
  • Suitable for harsh process conditions
  • High accuracy and stability
  • Works well in pressurised vessels

Available Technologies

  • High accuracy
  • Works in foam / vapour
  • Suitable for pressurised tanks
  • Best for chemical and oil applications
